How to draw a wildstyle letter E
GRID STEP. You can print out the base construction lines and start drawing on tracing paper or you can draw the grid layout yourself using the following steps.
1) Draw a rectangle that will define the conditional proportions and boundaries of the chosen drawing. 2) From the middle of the rectangle, draw one vertical and one horizontal line equally dividing the shape. 3) Draw another horizontal line equally dividing the upper half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a horizontal line equally dividing the bottom half of the rectangle. 4) Draw a vertical line equally dividing the left half of the rectangle. Similarly, draw a vertical line equally dividing the right half of the rectangle.

STEP 1. Draw a capital letter E in tag style.
STEP 2. Draw bars around the strokes of the letter to fatten it up.
STEP 3. Erase the inside lines. Draw a small rectangle on top. Draw another small rectangle with a triangle for a serif.
STEP 4. Draw all around the outside edge blending all the lines. Erase the unneeded guidelines.
STEP 5. Bend and stretch the shape of the letter to give it a little more movement and style. Add two small bits.
STEP 6. Add decorations inside the letters.
STEP 7. Add shadows as a 3D effect. Erase all the guidelines.
